1. I volunteer to participate in the "2019 Cross-strait & Hong Kong and Macao Sports Series for General Public——Tree Climbing Tournament" and related activities (competition).
2. I understand the specific organizers, sponsors, co-sponsors and executor of the competition and agree to abide by the procedures, rules, regulations, requirements and measures formulated by Tree Climbing Sports Ltd., Co., the executor of the competition.
3. I agree to provide the executor with authentic and valid identity documents and information to verify my identity, and assume all the responsibilities arising from the incorrect information.
4. I promise to sign up for the competition in my own name and know the rules of the executor that the license plate of the competition can not be used by others. (From receiving the license plate to the end of the competition, I have the obligation to keep it properly. If the third party obtains the qualification to enter the arena with the executor's license plate due to my failure of custody or unauthorized transfer, lending and other reasons, the legal consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by myself.)
5. If I fail to compete for my own reasons, I have no right to ask the executor to refund the registration fee or transfer the license plate to another person.
6. I understand and agree that in order to ensure safety, the executor of the competition has the right to adjust and change the time, place and relevant rules and regulations of the competition if it is affected by severe weather or causes of force majeure (including but not limited to earthquakes, mudslides, floods, fires, etc.) and their derivatives.
7. I accept that the personal accident insurance provided by the executor, and all detailed clauses have been recognized and approved from the insurance instruction book.
8. I understand and confirm that I am in good health without any physical discomfort or illness (including but not limited to congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hypertension, cerebral vascular disease, myocarditis, other heart diseases, coronary artery disease, severe arrhythmia, hyperglycemia, hypotension and any other diseases that are not suitable for long-term exercise), and If any illness is concealed or may affect the physical condition of my eligibility for the competition, the consequences will be borne by myself and have nothing to do with the executor. Here, I solemnly declare that my physical condition meets the requirements of participating in this tree climbing competition and can participate in this competition normally. Otherwise, all the adverse consequences will be borne by myself.
9. I know and understand the potential and the possible risks of the competition, and have prepared the necessary preventive measures. I volunteer to take responsibility for all of my own accident risk during the competition, and agree that the executor will not bear any form of compensation for personal accident or any other loss caused by other reasons.
10. I am willing to abide by all the rules and regulations of this competition. If I find or notice any risks or potential risks during the competition, I will immediately terminate the competition and inform the relevant personnel in charge of the competition.
11. I agree and accept that the executor provides on-site first aid medical treatment during the competition. In case of emergency, the executor or relevant medical staff are authorized to sign relevant medical documents in my own name, and I shall bear any expenses incurred and any consequences arising therefrom.
12. I promise to abide by the relevant regulations of the executor, obey the command of the staffs, referees, security and medical personnel, and consciously maintain the order of the competition. If the adverse consequences caused by personal non-cooperation with the staff or non-compliance with the relevant regulations of the event are borne by me.
13. I agree and authorize irrevocably the executor and its designated units to use my portrait, name, voice and other personal data for the organization and promotion of the competition without any form of charge. The executor have the right to edit, publish, distribute and re-authorize my personal information mentioned, and I have no objection.
14. I will strictly abide by the security inspection and check-in system, and will not bring any dangerous goods into the competition site to safeguard the safety of myself and others.
15. I will compete in a civilized way, and not to urinate or throw rubbish everywhere, to maintain the clean and hygienic route of the competition.
16. I will accept the inspection and storage of my own equipment by the executor in accordance with the requirements of the competition rules and regulations. If I fail to inspect and store the equipment as required, I shall bear the responsibility and loss.
17. I promise that disputes with the executor will be settled through friendly consultation. If my family, friends and I take excessive actions against the executor, the executor has the right to stop and investigate the legal liability of the responsible person.
18. I or my legal representative has read and fully understood the above contents, and has confirmed all the above contents and assumed corresponding legal responsibilities.
